I love the best buy protection because you can go right into the store and talk to geek squad and if they can't fix it they replace it!

I get the Best Buy protection every time I purchase an item, it is included in my my TotalTech plan. It really is a no-brainer. If I have problems with the device they will work on it for free, until you need parts.

I have used the protection a couple of times. Is it worth the cost? I believe it is. It will save you money and gives you protection over everything you purchase.

Associate was super helpful and explained this and is great to include with new college student.

Worth the $200 per year. Simply switch out a defective item or get your money back on a gift card. Has saved us a lot of money in the long run.

You have to have protection on everything you buy - newer technology unfortunately doesn’t last, and without protection, wouldn’t be worth it to purchase every time it breaks.

Service staff are very knowledged, helpful and courteous. The service is worth it for at least the first few months or year.
