Very happy about the two year protection plan for the products I purchased. So I don’t have to stress if something happens because they are covered by insurance.

The protection gives me peace of mind, that if something goes wrong I can bring my item to local BB instead of dealing with the manufacturers warranty process.

I generally never get a protection plan, but with our new 3 major appliance purchase, it was a no brainer to protect our investment!

I bought this watch Oct of 2021 and in just under a year both top and bottom bands have basically split and torn to the point of making the watch unwearable. So that's a little frustrating as now I have to find replacement bands in a sea of cheap Chinese knockoffs and in the meantime I don't have a fitness tracker, even though I do. Also should note my wife has owned a couple Garmins but I went with the Fitbit to try it out and her GPS seems to sync much faster than mine. Like within minutes for her, at worst, and nearly 15 minutes for me. Additionally the Spotify app thing seems pointless since you need to run with your phone on you to play anything and I don't want to run with a phone which is why I bought the gps/fitness watch. But there are some good things. It's nice to have a basic 24/7 heart rate monitor, step counter, calorie counter, and mileage tracker with an easy to use interface right there on your wrist. Also the app works well and provides a nice go-to for all your data. Just not sure about the build quality of the bands and the gps feature is a little slow.
