Best Buy customer service has been absolutely TERRIBLE for this product. I ordered this product mid August. The delivery was never updated beyond a label being printed. I have contacted customer service multiple times over the past two weeks as a total tech member and was told it was destroyed in shipment and that they submitted a replacement request. I was told by customer service that it was OUT FOR DELIVERY and that I’d get it by 9pm and it didn’t show up. I was promised emails that never came in regard to this product. Finally, I was told that I can’t get a refund for my order until the “get it by” date has passed. Well it’s passed AND STILL NOT CANCELLED. I even had customer service give me FedEx’s phone number to track it when FedEx never even received the package. I am aware this is a review for the product but Best Buy’s customer service is SO atrocious I needed to make it public information. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM BEST BUY ONLINE. They will lie to you and keep the charge on your statement. The app doesn’t even show its cancelled/refunded so I am STILL dealing with this.

great key board, I wished they still worked. My mini keys served me well for year and half until a Logitech update wouldn't stop popping up so I proceeded with download, the attempt failed and locked my keyboard and my laptop, fried my mini keys, and after $350 to Geek Squad my laptop survived.

I’m glad to have it. I had to replace a 13 month old Vizio without any protection plan. Could not believe the warranty was so short and could not believe it wasn’t extended the extra month by Vizio. Made it easy to avoid vizio in future purchases and to opt for protection plans moving forward.
