The Best Buy Warranty of their items are second to none. I buy everything I can from here because I know things happen. When it does Best Buy is there to make it right. Been a loyal customer for 16 years!

Great service to have! Comes in handy every time I need assistance with anything I am dealing with, experiencing or troubleshooting.

The Totaltech Member Protection Plan used to be “good enough” — not perfect, but at least it offered decent coverage and peace of mind. When I had to return a damaged item, it took over four weeks to get a replacement, which was frustrating but tolerable at the time. Now, however, there’s little reason to keep it. The variety of items available has shrunk significantly, and most third-party products sold through Best Buy are no longer covered by the insurance. That’s a major downgrade. What was once a passable safety net has become a limited, restrictive plan that no longer justifies its cost.

This is the best purchase I have ever made with Best Buy. This protects all of my purchases and I buy a lot of electronics.

The Best Buy Protection was a no brainer to purchase. It covers so many issues that could arise with my computer.

It's a great buy for pricier items, but if it is something that is easily replaced then maybe not. The tech assistance and in-home repair is great.

As an older person, i.e. pretty "non-techy," I rely on Best Buy's Personal Protection Program and the Geek Squad. It's worth every penny!
