Totaltech is absolutely a great thing to have as in the event of a hardware issue, you can swap out the device without having to invoke manufacturer warranty.

Any time i get a warranty on my products i feel better about it. Not only is it easier to just walk in a best buy store to exchange something or warranty out. Its easier and takes less time to deal with.

Geek Squad is the best, the protection gives me the peace of mind that if my electronic utilities need maintenance or service that the Geek Squad has my back and it is not going to cost me a fortune.

Well worth it. I would say talk to someone in Best Buy so they can better explain. I wish the first person explained it better and I would've been brought this plan.
