I think the BestBuy protection plan is the best thing for people over 70. I have been using for 2 or 3 years and I’m IT literate. In my opinion the Best Buy Total Tech Support offers the most comprehensive, affordable, and flexible support for seniors with multiple devices, smart home gadgets, and security concerns. It’s astonishing that BestBuy fails to focus this outstanding product offering to all seniors. I live in a 55+ community of 5000 residents with various technology needs and unfortunately they have to depend on family members, friends, and computer clubs. Since I’m a former IT person I get many questions from residents. I tell them to get. Total support plan from Best Buy. It’s the best solution around. Wake up BestBuy you are missing a “golden” opportunity

I LIKE THAT IT COVERS EVERYTHING YOU BUY AT BEST BUY WITHOUT HAVING TO BUY PROTECTION FOR EACH ITEM.

I brought my 5-year-old CyberPower computer (which ran great) for diagnosis because after windows update nothing would come up on screen. Geek Squad diagnosed the issue and found that the motherboard became unusable. Rather than getting a new motherboard they suggested scrapping it and just get a new one. They also helped me with comparable system which is much faster and better.

I have maintained my Best Buy protection and purchases for over 20 years, across three different staes. It is a must have for my Desktop, laptops,TVs, and all electronics.

I have been purchasing Best Buy products for several years now and have always had great items. The staff are very knowledgeable about any question I have and when it's time for a computer cleaning, they get the job done and done right! I had a time when I got scammed by some unsavory people online and they stung me for over $400.00 dollars. I realized what had happened after I hung up and drove to my local Best Buy in Battle Creek Michigan and they took super great care of me, fixed my computer, got the virus off that they scammers put on there and also got my $$$MONEY$$$$$ back for me. Now thats a great team and a huge win for me. To top all that off I love their rewards program too and their black Friday deals!!!!!!

Love the Best Buy Protection programs.They are great. Never a problem with the program. Have saved me hundreds of dollars. They are so helpful. Love that you can extend Protection past the initial 2yrs for a low monthly fee.
