Today, I needed to make a pretty huge purchase. This by far was my biggest purchase at one-time so I wanted to get this right. When I got to the store, I had already done some research. Bestbuy's website said that they had one camera lens (Nikkior 24-70) in stock and that it was available today, 06/14/2023. I also purchased a Nikon D850 during this visit. When I attempted to complete the purchase online the availability of the lens moved to Wednesday, June 21. So I called Bestbuy and was instructed that going to the store was best because by default low counts are not reliable. When I got to the store there was an employee in the department. After she asked me how she could help me she called another employee, Danielle, to the department to help. Danielle was busy with another customer at the time. What I noticed was she was very kind and warm with the woman she was helping. She then took her to the cash register and checked her out. I wondered if she'd be so nice with me considering how busy she was. To my surprise, she was equally as nice and warm with me as she was with the previous customer. Even when I needed to look for another product in another department she remained steadfast in her temperment and continued to deliver exceptional customer service when I returned. I really appreciate her professionalism and patience that she exhibited today and wanted to let someone know because she deserves to be celebrated!

PROS: I love the interchangeable thumb sticks and its very easy to do. Once connected and updated through the app you have to download its very responsive on shooter games like Halo and even playing OverCooked 2. I liked after the inital setup its click and go ready. You can also charge your phone while playing and plug in 3.5mm headphones or wireless through your phone. CONS: Is this worth $79.99? Not in my opinion but I think on sale this will be a great buy for a gift. I also dont like the plastic feel and wish they had different plate colors to choose from. I also did get frustrated because I had to download the Gamesir app to start actually gaming but after that it was quick and easy. Overall I like it and I believe others will like this product as well. Great for Travel!!

Love my Shokz! They don’t fall off. I no longer use the Apple AirPods that fall out of your ears even when sitting at a desk working. Like that there are a few types of the earbuds. Apple has the same type of buds but they are different only in the quality of sound but they all fit the same. Shokz have ones that wrap around the back of head or around your ears only or clutching your ears

With the Best Buy Total membership, the monthly protection is an awesome value. Instead of buying individual protection plans for each device, I love that one yearly membership covers everything I buy. It gives me peace of mind knowing that as long as I’m a member, I’m covered for repairs, replacements, or returns if anything goes wrong. It’s a bit of a downside that you have to keep paying each year to maintain coverage, but honestly, it’s worth it for how flexible and consistent the protection is. If you shop at Best Buy regularly, this membership makes a lot of sense.

I have been Elite plus for a few years now and Best Buy does great making you feel appreciated. However is you join what is now called “Beta” you will feel loved. I hope they don’t mind but I posted my savings since I got it in may. Sure there are $5-25 discounts or various items. Buy going to bed at night knowing if I crash my DJI FPV drone or even if a Blackhawk shoots it down. I can bring it in, pay a small copay and get a new one. If you are an apple fan then never buy an apple devise elsewhere. Why? Because applecare is free if you are a beta member. That $159 on iPhone savings there. On AirPods, I ordered from apple so had to pay $30. Lol. On my MacBook and probably 4 iPads I will buy for work this year I will save a buy load. Insider Beta surprise perk. I was just hanging out and got a Best Buy alert only for beta members. Because I was beta I got a chance to purchase a super special $50 package before it went on sale to the gen public and those nerds swarmed every way buy in the country the instant they were released. I paid $50 for something I would have never known about and have to my 7 year poke card collector. In that box allow. We have found 2 cards worth over $100 and sever worth $10-15. Thanks beta! You make my elite plus membership no so elite anymore!
