    Although the initial tech that came to my home was not able to load his program on my laptop, once I bought my laptop to the store they were able to install my new hard drive

    The Geek Squad Best Buy protection plan is worth every penny. They are there when you need them and always do a great job. Renewed this year, but we have had it for a number of years

    It's better to protect yourself then to know what might happen and then uh-oh it happens.. we had that happened recently with a tablet, it's the first time in many years that we've ever had a problem...
