W just want thr 400 to be honest uhhh i don't know what else to put here

I have been purchasing Best Buy products for several years now and have always had great items. The staff are very knowledgeable about any question I have and when it's time for a computer cleaning, they get the job done and done right! I had a time when I got scammed by some unsavory people online and they stung me for over $400.00 dollars. I realized what had happened after I hung up and drove to my local Best Buy in Battle Creek Michigan and they took super great care of me, fixed my computer, got the virus off that they scammers put on there and also got my $$$MONEY$$$$$ back for me. Now thats a great team and a huge win for me. To top all that off I love their rewards program too and their black Friday deals!!!!!!

What’s not to like? It’s a free one year extension and your warranty. So I can’t think of anything they complained about.

When I purchase an item I have the peace of mind knowing that it is covered by my Best Buy protection. Because of this, I no longer have to purchase individual protection for each product purchased, so it saves me money also.

Had an accident with a laptop that was broken (daughter dropped it while traveling). I have a Best Buy Total Membership. After 2 weeks of not being able to getting a part that was on backorder, Best Buy replaced to computer. Super easy.

This protection is nice to have but hopefully will never need it. A must have for mobile phones. I have used it for laptop repairs. The quality of the replacement parts don't seem to be of the same standard as the original parts, but it extended the life of the laptop, so that was beneficial. All electronics that I purchase at Best Buy are covered and added automatically at check out.

I had brought in my HP laptop and they ended up replacing the HD and I ended up buying the protestion plan because I wanted some kind of warranty on the service, but honselty, it saved me from having to pay for the initial consultation by the Geek Squad and it also gives me relief from having to worry about their work becuase it is covered.

The Best Buy Membership is the way to go if your the type of person that purchases a lot of tech and want to be protected. I feel like your Tech is a investment and should be protect and Best Buy hasn't let me down when a product failed or has issues.
