I like the protection on my computer and the safety of my privacy.

I have used this for two broken items both were about a year old when they broke. It was basically a seamless return process. The only thing they asked was what’s wrong with the items and they exchanged them for store credit. That’s the only down side. You don’t get cash back you get store credit.

Well worth the purchase of the protection plan. Has paid itself off in the first 2 months and still have months to go. Will do it again.

If your products quality goes down within the warranty period that is covered. You wont find better policies anywhere else.

I do think this is definitely worth it. Instead of insurance on multiple devices, you just have 1 umbrella. Also, the restocking fee is waived on returns. How can you not like that?!

Best Buys total tech plan is great and anything you purchase is added automatically. I had my computer in with hard drive issue. Fixed at no cost.
