I like that I'm able to pay a monthly fee at a low price. Instead of paying the total amount. I have not used it for any repair or replacement. I think that's a good thing because the product is built great. I know products don't last forever. I think it's a great protect plan to have because you'll never know when the product will give out.

Good to have the protection plan when things don't work correctly

The protection system is a great purchase. The Geek Squad is a great source of help.. Every person in the Geek Squad and the Verizon location has been kind, helpful and able to explain what was needed in order to install a product fix a computer and offer phones. The only issue is the appointment system. It is not easy to make an appointment on line. The guys at the Montgomery store help the best. They are seniors citizen freindly. Great job to all.

It gives me great peace of mind to have this coverage on my device. I know that if there is ever an issue, I can bring the device to my local Best Buy and they will give me the best options to resolve my problem.
