The protection system is a great purchase. The Geek Squad is a great source of help.. Every person in the Geek Squad and the Verizon location has been kind, helpful and able to explain what was needed in order to install a product fix a computer and offer phones. The only issue is the appointment system. It is not easy to make an appointment on line. The guys at the Montgomery store help the best. They are seniors citizen freindly. Great job to all.

The television's stand was simple to assemble and install on the tv. It was also easy to set up the remote control to turn on the tv, install the wifi for streaming. I just turned on the television and started going through the various channels and watching tv. The picture quality and sound are excellent.

I get the annual protection plan. It is well worth the money, as I have many products, cell phones, TV's, computers. I like the geek squad and use that a lot when I have a computer glitch. I get premium service, they always fit me in, and are a pleasure to work with. Also you get discounts on products just by being on the plan. Worth every penny.
