The plan pays for itself and then some! Get it, don’t hesitate!

I have used the membership for years. I have had to return items. With the membership protection. I was offered an exchange with no hassle.

I highly recommends getting the plan with all of your purchases if possible. This plan really does help with time and money if something goes wrong.

Best Buy Protection is great because it really does cover you against the unexpected. If something breaks, stops working, or has any kind of issue, they actually back it up. It’s way cheaper than paying for a full repair or replacement later. Definitely worth having for peace of mind

Always a MUST have on anything best buy bought! Whether its a TV, Printer, Vacuum, Computer, or more, getting this is a sigh of relief knowing they can replace the item if it breaks.

I love Best Buy. Made a purchase prduct was defective they made it easy to bring in and exchange. It will only be a 4 day wait to get it i am good with that.

So far working well i really cant say just maybe a month old be great up until this point

The Best Buy protection is the best part of the membership. When I have a problem with any of my products they find a quick solution for me to either get it replaced or give me credit to buy a new one.

So far I’ve had excellent service and absolutely no cause to complain about any assistance I’ve received from any online service, live assistance, phone assistance, and DEFINITELY not the discounted prices or additional sales in what’s been nearly a year. I HAVE had some problems with communication between the store and literally everyone else so I’m pretty sure it’s just my story- as in I’ll read a policy that looks like I think I know how to fix a problem but I ask the question on chat to double check: they say the same thing I thought they would but I have to go to the store for the fix so I call the Total Tech line and ask again to be absolutely sure- they give me the exact same answer (not like reading from a screen, just the same list of steps to fix the problem including taking my item to the store). So I take my item up to the store and they say they have no idea what I’m talking about, they can’t & never have fixed a problem like that and whoever told me so was either an idiot or improperly trained. I explained I’d gotten 3 answers from 3 strangers, 2 were the same, the 3rd who’d have to actually DO the work was the only different one so I doubted either option was the problem. More likely an employee doing the bare minimum that doesn’t intimately know the policies of all Best Buy programs. Since I’ve had to deal with several in-store issues like that I try to keep it all online and it’s clear skies and smooth sailing!

I really like the extended warranties that I get and protection with my total tax membership. Automatically applied no extra charge and help with any questions or set ups, including extended return policies. I like the Best Buy protection plan.

Best Buy protection has been convenient, I was able to fix my legacy computer from 2015 and it still going well in 2026,
