I was unsure if I really needed to purchase the protection plan at Best Buy. Now I am glad I did. Great service and essentially an insurance policy that protects my various electronic devices. Having best buy pro is a great choice. It auto protects everything i buy and whenever something seems like its not working right i just bring it in.

This protection plan is useful for playstation controllers or any other electronics that might need to be returned/repaired yearly or every couple of years. Also the service is fast with minimal service fee if even applicable. I would recommend for anything you can cover with this plan. Have been a member since 2023 and plan to continue!

I got when I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro. I'm usually not a fac of extended warranties but for lap tops I've opwned they definatley have paid for themselves. I bopught the Best Buy Total membership with the laptop for this reason. I've bought several other pices of electronics like color lazer printer etc. which are also covered. I haven't used it yet, but it seems to be easy to use if necessary.

The Geek Squad is great. They set everything up very quickly and everything works quite well.

I love having the 24 month protection on all my devices

I like that I'm able to pay a monthly fee at a low price. Instead of paying the total amount. I have not used it for any repair or replacement. I think that's a good thing because the product is built great. I know products don't last forever. I think it's a great protect plan to have because you'll never know when the product will give out.

Membership perk, it comes with all further purchases. Well worth it! Anything wrong and they’ll get it taken care of for you!

Having the Total Plan with Best Buy is really a NO-BRAINER if you but even a nominal amount of merchandise from Best Buy. They stand behind their products with excellent follow thru. When it comes to tech, I am a fan of Brick and Mortar and real people you can talk to. The annual fee I pay may be the best value of anything I purchase there. But it is also why I exclusively buy my tech at Best Buy.
