It's awesome to buy a product with no fear when you have coverage for any default down the line.

So far I’ve had excellent service and absolutely no cause to complain about any assistance I’ve received from any online service, live assistance, phone assistance, and DEFINITELY not the discounted prices or additional sales in what’s been nearly a year. I HAVE had some problems with communication between the store and literally everyone else so I’m pretty sure it’s just my story- as in I’ll read a policy that looks like I think I know how to fix a problem but I ask the question on chat to double check: they say the same thing I thought they would but I have to go to the store for the fix so I call the Total Tech line and ask again to be absolutely sure- they give me the exact same answer (not like reading from a screen, just the same list of steps to fix the problem including taking my item to the store). So I take my item up to the store and they say they have no idea what I’m talking about, they can’t & never have fixed a problem like that and whoever told me so was either an idiot or improperly trained. I explained I’d gotten 3 answers from 3 strangers, 2 were the same, the 3rd who’d have to actually DO the work was the only different one so I doubted either option was the problem. More likely an employee doing the bare minimum that doesn’t intimately know the policies of all Best Buy programs. Since I’ve had to deal with several in-store issues like that I try to keep it all online and it’s clear skies and smooth sailing!

Best thing ever! Great for repairs and gives me a 2 year warranty on all electronics and major purchases that I buy from best buy! Well worth it!

This is a good way to be safe and ensured, and since it's free due to total membership it's good.

A no brainer when u buy expensive electronics to be a member and get the additional 24 months. Well worhth the price.

Very important go have when purchasing electronics from Best Buy. Although we may not have to use it, it is inexpensive and gives me peace of mind to know that our purchase is covered for 24 months. I can just take it to the store and they take care of everything. No phone calls, mailing item to manufacturer, or extra expense.
