This plan was one of the best things I have done. I took my broken down PC in and the Geek Squade was able to diagnosis and fix it. I did have to pay for the hard drive but that was expect. The great thing about this warranty is it covers all PCs in your house and many other items.

When the destop PC wouldn't connect to the Internet when everything else in the house did, we knew we were in trouble. The solid state drive had failed. Fortunately, the Geek Squad was able to recover ALL the data and restored it onto the new Mac mini. Everything works great and is accessable. Thank-you for your assistance and recommendations!

Very responsive keyboard even in auto mode where it goes to sleep after a few seconds to save on Battery. Wakes up quickly ready to go. Love that I can use it for my laptop, iPad, and TV. Lights are super helpful. The slim size makes it easy to pack when traveling. Battery life seems pretty good. Haven’t charged since I initially charged it during first use. Highly recommended.
