I think it’s a great protection plan. We had my first Dyson for about 5-6 yrs. It ended up with some problems so I took it in. It needed a part but they gave me a choice of getting it fixed or getting a new one. They gave me a gift card and I was able to buy the step up from what I had because it was on sale.I ended up with $32 left on the gift card! It’s a great program!
