Okay nowadays you need additional protection for most products you purchase. Some things are built very well with service years in mind but unfortunately not everything is built that way. So having the option to not spend money AGAIN because of a poor performing product makes sense at least to us. Best Buy is actually a great company who does what is necessary for the customer and their issues I've found.

I'm always so pleased with my Best Buy Geek Squad protection. The Geek Squad is always so helpful and knowledgeable. My repairs are fixed quickly and explained so that I always understand the problem.
