I have been a Best Buy Total Protection customer since 2019. I pay for an annual subscription and receive a discount. The options of care for cell phones and computers are great. I can bring the device into Stillwater, OK local Best Buy store or a tech can work on it remotely.

New purchases are just enrolled seemlessly, and the overall purchase effort simple.

Good work but turn around times have lengthened quite a bit. I know its not geek squads fault but just inconvenient at times. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

They are super comfortable, have very good sound quality, 10 out of 10, they don't bother you at all and the battery lasts for many days, plus it connects easily to your watch I love them

I used to be a beats by Dre customer. Then, I recently switched to Apple Air pods, because of my eldest son. I am deaf on my left ear but with the noise cancellation I’m able to hear just fine. I’ve tried the second generation but I prefer the third generation because it stays on and the sound quality is definitely much better.

The wonder boom is a great portable speaker overall. The sound quality is excellent indoors and outdoors. The vocals of songs and the bass in the music are very crispy clear. There is even a mode for outdoors on the bottom of the speaker to boost quality as well. The battery life of the speaker is very great I look forward to buying another to use the pairing sequence built in you can use. It in fact does float and gives you great sound quality as it floats. Total tech has saved me money & a piece of mind on my appliances. Although, I’ve had major issues with my appliances. Damaged, returns & changed to different brands. Local store was not very pleasant to deal with. Had to call corp to get everything taken care of.

I love this mouse for my laptop. I have a G903 for my desktop and wanted a Logitech for the laptop. This is the lightest mouse I think I've owned. I used a Razer Naga for about 10 years and was used to a heavier mouse. I'm using this mouse mostly at night on a laptop desk when I go to bed. It is perfect for my use. I haven't used it much for gaming yet, but it has worked flawlessly while playing AoE IV. It's a Logitech mouse. It does what it's supposed to and adds very little weight to my backpack.

We love this program. We have all of our electronics/appliances on it. Keeps us coming back to purchase from Best Buy.

Total Tech is the bomb, pay 1 price a year and all of my bought items are covered for 24 months, if paid by each item I would not be able to afford it. Because I buy so much I have many items and on some occasions bad item and very easy to get it exchanged, fixed or returned, best program I’ve seen. Tip is that got to keep the membership each year to keep all protected.
