    A lot of places offer this type of service and then back out of fixing or replacing on a technicality. This doenst happen at Best Buy

    I am a total tech member and for the most part this has been a good experience. However, this experience seems to be deteriorated. I purchased my appliance from Best Buy specifically because of protection plan was included. However, I have more product needed servicing after only a month, that Best Buy cannot help until the manufacturer warranty was expired. This leaves me with a more frustrating experience and increased weight time than I was expecting.
