Before the protection ends you can literally bring your product to any store and they will change your product to a new one.

Most of the time good support, but sometimes you have to call back and speak to someone else. During my last renewal had to call back several times. Sometimes, I just gave up. Also, the price has went up every year and is rather costly now.

This protection plan is useful for playstation controllers or any other electronics that might need to be returned/repaired yearly or every couple of years. Also the service is fast with minimal service fee if even applicable. I would recommend for anything you can cover with this plan. Have been a member since 2023 and plan to continue!

Customer service was great. Had a five-year warranty plan and have never had an issue with getting anything repaired or replaced.

The warranty is why i always try to purchase at best buy over other sources. Best buy price matches most competitors so i still end up with low prices. However, worth it's own premium is the fact that resolving a warranty issue through best buy is as simple as bringing it in for an exchange when possible or payment of the difference for product that has been replaced with a newer model if a replacement isnt available

We had a great experience with Kyle at geek squad. We appreciated his honesty and he showed us great respect and was very knowledgeable about the product we bought. Helped us with transfer of our data and got us started when finished. We would highly recommend Kyle and all squad members to everyone.

I like that I'm able to pay a monthly fee at a low price. Instead of paying the total amount. I have not used it for any repair or replacement. I think that's a good thing because the product is built great. I know products don't last forever. I think it's a great protect plan to have because you'll never know when the product will give out.

The television's stand was simple to assemble and install on the tv. It was also easy to set up the remote control to turn on the tv, install the wifi for streaming. I just turned on the television and started going through the various channels and watching tv. The picture quality and sound are excellent.
