Total Tech membership had to be bought twice

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had to buy the Total Tech twice over a cashier's mistake which should have been fixed because it was their fault not mine but it was not fixed so before you buy the total tech make sure you are paying for the total tech and not just for insurance on the product you were buying which is the same $200 which is just ridiculous so just may pay attention to what you're buying
