The monthly protection is a must. Often times, expensive electronics can fail for whatever the reason. Having the 2yr protection, especially for expensive items, is a must. Having it for me has saved me tons of money and headaches. Ive been able to replace, without hassle, my $2600 tv, xbox controllers, bose headphones, playstation controllers, cell phones etc. I will never go without it.

We always buy Best Buy for large and small appliances, TVs, and electronics. We find it hard to beat Best Buys' competitive low pricing, but their protection plans are golden! They follow thru on repairs or replacements hassle free. Their Customer Service is excellent, too, whether on the phone or in person.
