I really want to give this product 5 stars because of the features, but I have to give it 2 because of quality. I had the large sized dual unit (pot with single) for a couple of years, and it worked great -- but it had an issue with the pump hose uncoupling and spilling water. I was able to fix by following internet videos (seems common enough for internet videos). I gave a friend the single serve without water container 3 years ago, and they said it works fine. So I bought this single serve with water container to replace the big one at home to save space. I have used it now for 3 months 1 or 2 times a day, most days. Good - 1. 3 size settings 2. Dark and Reg setting 3. Takes coffee cups AND has a filter for ground 4. Has easy to fill water container 5. Nice look 6. Compact Size 7. Great price Bad - 1. Water pump is noisy when drawing water from container to heat for dispensing to the cup (can hear across room - sometimes other room). It wasn't really a bother, since it lets me know it is 'working', but I recently used a Keurig unit at a friend's and it was SILENT. 2. The painted text on the buttons wears off after about 2 months of 1 or 2 times a day or every other day use. 3. At about 3 months, it has to be unplugged to reset. Buttons don't work even though light is on,, but replugging in outlet fixes that. But that happens now about every other day. 4. Sometimes seems to overfill slightly (maybe draws too much water if you are filling the container while it is drawing - so that might be user error)
