Total Tech is the bomb, pay 1 price a year and all of my bought items are covered for 24 months, if paid by each item I would not be able to afford it. Because I buy so much I have many items and on some occasions bad item and very easy to get it exchanged, fixed or returned, best program I’ve seen. Tip is that got to keep the membership each year to keep all protected.

I was going to spend the same amount of money for them to do the work fixing my PC as it costs to buy this membership that will cover my entire households devices for a YEAR. No brainer, my husband and 3 kids devices are under the plan automatically without having to fill a bunch of paperwork out.

With being a BestBuy member, I received a 24 month protection plan on my Samsung 5.0 cft washing machine for free! How can you go wrong! For a $$ yearly membership and get a free 24 month protection plan for free for a $$$$ product, your getting your moneys worth! In my opinion, anyway! ;-)

I’ve been running out of storage on my PS5 so I looked into what m.2 ssd would be a good option to use. I saw the good reviews on this and decided to pick it up. I have to say that this is exactly what I was looking for, good price (got it on sale), great performance out of the box, and has just the right amount of storage that I needed, I would highly recommend this.

It can be nice having a guarantee like this just in case your product meets an untimely demise. If you bought something that is supposed to be high quality, then you wouldn't expect it to have any problems, but it was also probably fairly expensive. I'd say it's ultimately up to the individual buyer on whether or not this is right for them.

The bestbuy protection doesn’t actually protect the item. I have a PC bought from bestbuy its and ibuypower i914900k, rtx 4070 ti super and 32gb of ddr5 ram in a Y60 case. To make a long story less long it needed to be repaired because the ibuypower poorly assembled the PC. Not my words bestbuys and i have the work order to prove it. The fact that the PC itself is “covered” but not the parts in the pc is the problem with the protection plan. My gpu broke because bestbuy didn’t properly ship it and bestbuy attempted to keep the pc with the ram i paid for which is 1200$ on bestbuy website and then give me back 2000$ in store credit to get a “new” PC. The protection plan should cover the PC the parts in the PC and incase the parts are discontinued there should be some type of exchange plan. The current PC parts market because of tariffs and AI data center makes it so you are better off not using the protection plan at all.
