Good work but turn around times have lengthened quite a bit. I know its not geek squads fault but just inconvenient at times. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Total Tech is the bomb, pay 1 price a year and all of my bought items are covered for 24 months, if paid by each item I would not be able to afford it. Because I buy so much I have many items and on some occasions bad item and very easy to get it exchanged, fixed or returned, best program I’ve seen. Tip is that got to keep the membership each year to keep all protected.

I have been a long time customer of Best Buy. Over the years I have witnessed sales staff come and go. I have also watch their consulting staff grow into knowledgable assiatants, where they actually knew more about computers than I did. Best Buy has over the years become my "go to" place. Anytime I am looking for computers, Televisions or audio equipment I go to Best Buy because I can trust them to give me solid, sound advice.

I was going to spend the same amount of money for them to do the work fixing my PC as it costs to buy this membership that will cover my entire households devices for a YEAR. No brainer, my husband and 3 kids devices are under the plan automatically without having to fill a bunch of paperwork out.

It can be nice having a guarantee like this just in case your product meets an untimely demise. If you bought something that is supposed to be high quality, then you wouldn't expect it to have any problems, but it was also probably fairly expensive. I'd say it's ultimately up to the individual buyer on whether or not this is right for them.

With being a BestBuy member, I received a 24 month protection plan on my Samsung 5.0 cft washing machine for free! How can you go wrong! For a $$ yearly membership and get a free 24 month protection plan for free for a $$$$ product, your getting your moneys worth! In my opinion, anyway! ;-)

I use my Bella Pro Series Air Fryer at least 5 out of 7 days of the week for something! There is hardly a day goes by which I do not use it and there are other times I may use it twice in one day! I love, LoVe, LOVE it and I would hate to be without it now as I am spoiled to it!
