I’ve had Best Buy’s Monthly Protection Plan for years, and while it’s still a good deal, it’s not as great as it used to be. The coverage has changed, and the process to get repairs or replacements isn’t as smooth as it once was. In the past, claims were handled quickly and hassle-free, but now, it feels like there are more hoops to jump through. That said, it’s still worth having for peace of mind. The protection is solid, and it can save you money on expensive repairs or replacements. I just wish it was as seamless as it used to be. If you shop at Best Buy often, it’s still a good investment!

I love having the peace of mind that if something goes wrong my protection coverage will fix the problem. I haven’t had to use it except for a computer problem so hopefully it will be worth it if an appliance develops any problems.

Boots up from total shut down to game ready in less than 10s, runs full frames without breaking a sweat. I can run graphics heavy games while running a program and surfing the web all at the same time on multiple monitors and stiil only use like 4% processing power and run cool while doing it... Mind blowingly good PC! Get it if you can.

I have the total tech and it is totally worth it cuz i already get 24 month protection included. all the benifits pay for themselves in no time. even if u just buy one or two things a year.

Have this protection for over stove microwave. I haven't had an issue yet but trust that Geek Squad will take care of it if/when I do.

Great peace of mind…, until it becomes Apple related, then you have to go to an apple store with said product and pay their fees.
