You have peace of mind on purchased products for 2 years. support is good. they helped me at 10:30 at night to get sound working on a new PC that I bought. This is a great value. I contacted the PC company asking them a question, its now 6weeks later and they still did not answer me after many emails to them

Have had good experiences with BestBuy Total Rewards, service, and extended warranty in all cases except one outside of their control. The experience with a Samsung manufacturer warranty was not good.

I love the monthly protection provide for each one of my devices. I would hate to have repairs without this protection. The price is great for the protection too!

This is my second Fitbit purchase in 5 years. My first all black model is still working, but I wanted a spare. My new lilac and black combo is perfect for a different look. It is still reliable and easy to use. The price point at Best Buy saved me $20. This little bit of tech keeps me active, monitors my heartbeat, my steps and calories burned. Nice to have a choice!

Worth the money in it's ease of use and return policy!

I signed up for the Best Buy Totaltech membership 2 years ago when I bought a new laptop and a TV from Best Buy. The membership costs $199.99 annually and it covers all the devices I buy from them for up to 24 monthsAd1. It also gives me other benefits like free delivery, installation, tech support and discountsAd1. The protection plan covers hardware failures and accidental damage for my laptop and TV23. It also covers battery replacement and power surge damage. I can make up to two claims per year for each device, with a service fee depending on the product. If they can’t fix my device, they will replace it or give me a store credit. I think the protection plan is worth it for the peace of mind and convenience it offers. I don’t have to worry about paying extra for repairs or replacements if something goes wrong with my devices. The customer service is also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this plan to anyone who buys a lot of electronics from Best Buy and wants to protect them for a long time.

There comes a certain piece of mind knowing that if the Geek Squad can fix it, they will replace it. They will also work on things not bought in the store.

This is a no brainer purchase for me for anything of value I purchase at Best Buy! Having 2 years of coverage for minimal cost just keeps me at peace knowing if anything goes wrong, it will be taken care of or refunded with no questions asked.

I buy most my electronics and appliances from best buy with my total membership and get the 2 yr protection plan with all my purchases. Has saved me several times and totally worth it

This is a very useful thing to have as a Total member. It has replaced numerous devices over the years and I am very happy with my experiences so far with Best Buy honoring the protection plans. Please be aware that not all the protection plans cover accidental damage, so be sure to read the terms before going into BB with a claim.
