    Great looking controller! Best feeling controller PlayStation has ever made! However it got stuck drift a few months into using it!

    Everything looked great and worked great for a while, but after six months of use left, joystick became stuck and would automatically start moving left. This has happened on two dual sense controllers.

    I was under the impression when I purchased this plan, that it would be a total protection of all smart products I purchased through BestBuy would be covered 100%. I was quoted, "you will have zero hassle with anything as it will be covered under this plan" when I expressed my concern for Samsung coverage. But the reality is that there are costs and there are certain items not covered by the plan... examples: the s pen that comes with the Samsung tab 9+is not covered by this plan (even though the pen is part of the package purchased). The other example was the $99 co-pay for the replacement of the Samsung galaxy z fold 5... which I expressly voice concern over and was expressed there as no co-pay. Be leary on this one.
