Have been pleased with all my Geek Squad intereactions. I have never had a bad experience. Staff pleasant, professional and helpful.

I've always trusted Best Buy with all my Electronics because they offer GEEK squad. I understand that some of the rules have changed regarding this service No longer allowing in-house visits. This is unfortunate because of physical limitations I'm unable to bring a flat screen TV (ANY SIZE) into the store. Having GEEK SQUAD is the security of knowing that I can make a phone call for service by appointment to fix all issues. I must continue my service with Geek Squad because they are my only source for all my electronic needs I hope you'll consider keeping the monthly fees reasonable for in house service to continue to provide excellent care for people like me that can't HELP themselves.

I have used this several times for many of my tech devices that I've gotten from Best Buy. It has been more than worth it for me, especially since my kids are the ones using the devices, and kids aren't the most graceful.

Great opportunity to receive exemptions or special circumstances when having to exchange a defective items. It’s also really easy to. Price isn’t to bad, of course it could always be lower.

I love using geek squad they are so helpful and i really know that if something breaks on my device I have an option asap without worry.

If you buy alot of electronics, this is for you. The extended time for coverage is great for that. Had multiple xbox controllers replaced due to stick drift. Also replaced a few other things that normal manufacture warranties would not cover.

Getting protection plans is sometimes a hassle because you dont want to deal with people on the phone if something ever happens. Its great to know if youbhave an issue you can go straight to Best and someone there is always willing to help!
