    I've been a Total Tech member for the past two years. Easily the best value prop is the included protection plans on every purchase. Best Buy's protection plans are excellent and cover almost every scenario. Highly recommend.

    The Geek Squad absolutely knows what they are doing. I would rather take my computer to these guys than throw it out and have to buy a new one. Get in touch with them with your needs, they can help you.

    I've always trusted Best Buy with all my Electronics because they offer GEEK squad. I understand that some of the rules have changed regarding this service No longer allowing in-house visits. This is unfortunate because of physical limitations I'm unable to bring a flat screen TV (ANY SIZE) into the store. Having GEEK SQUAD is the security of knowing that I can make a phone call for service by appointment to fix all issues. I must continue my service with Geek Squad because they are my only source for all my electronic needs I hope you'll consider keeping the monthly fees reasonable for in house service to continue to provide excellent care for people like me that can't HELP themselves.
