I had a five year warranty on my Sony TV. At year six it failed to turn on. I made several appointments with Best Buy geek squad to come service it. They never showed up. I went to the store and the manager said they don’t service out of warranty TVs like that. So I wasted all that time and still have not had service and I continue to pay for the total membership, which is obnoxious.

It's convenient as everything I buy is automatically covered, but at times I am charged fees I don't think I should have to pay. If a $199 phone completely quits working after five weeks, I shouldn't have to pay $99.00 to replace it.

Haven't had to use it yet so I guess that warrants a good review.

I am not sure what this protection is for. It would be appreciated that they would add what is being protected. If it's for a video game, it would be pretty difficult to damage the cartridge because of how well they're built. I guess in case of a fire or any human error which might occur.

They have made tomany changes for the cost of the plan I'll be canceling mine.

Seems like a good purchase but I haven't used the extended coverage. So I can't speak to it.

Price was reasonable. Size and fit in ear was nice but quality was not. Everytime I wore when I made a call the person on the other line would hear background noices and static. I ended up taking ear buds back. I guess if you are looking for cheap earbuds these are your match.

I have not had to use my protection plan, but it is good to have just in case.

Worth it especially for travel and work. Powerful to chop anything
