It is still reliable and easy to use. The price point at Best Buy saved me $20. This little bit of tech keeps me active, monitors my heartbeat, my steps and calories burned. Nice to have a choice!

Boots up from total shut down to game ready in less than 10s, runs full frames without breaking a sweat. I can run graphics heavy games while running a program and surfing the web all at the same time on multiple monitors and stiil only use like 4% processing power and run cool while doing it... Mind blowingly good PC! Get it if you can.

The protection is solid, and it can save you money on expensive repairs or replacements. I just wish it was as seamless as it used to be. If you shop at Best Buy often, it’s still a good investment!

Amazing service, The complimentary purchase protection gives hassle free buying. There is so many features here that you are guaranteed to find a way to save money. It may seem like a large upfront investment at $199 Annually, but I've had old computers fixed up with no additional charge. The other thing I did was purchase a bunch of pc parts, as a member of the Best Buy team got out a laptop. He proceeded to take the time to pick out every part with me, actively listening to what i needed. 5 Star, without a doubt would recommed to anyone with tech worth more that $1000. Keep in mind your phone probably surpasses that alone, then add a fridge...microwave etc.
