Protection. A little pricey, but good to have overall.

This was okay for my Samsung S22 Ultra, however, I had to remove my case to make it fit. This was an impulse buy, and I found one by Turtle Beach that was cheaper and made exclusively for Android and for XBOX.

As with any warranty you own, if your items breaks and should be eligible to be replaced by the warranty, there is a large chance where they will look for a reason to not replace it.

We got the protection and bought with our best buy credit card, but i haven't received information on it from the company. The only proof i have is my receipt

I had a five year warranty on my Sony TV. At year six it failed to turn on. I made several appointments with Best Buy geek squad to come service it. They never showed up. I went to the store and the manager said they don’t service out of warranty TVs like that. So I wasted all that time and still have not had service and I continue to pay for the total membership, which is obnoxious.

Nice little unit with many features. The red color is pretty.

Just go to a real store and stop wasting money on this establishment. Their AI phone answering service is horrible and just hangs up on you!

I've tried to use my membership to get a couple of apple products fixed, but was told they aren't an apple store. I had someone from best buy come out to help me figure out how to use my old SONOS, which I have 8 of... but she wanted to sell me an entirely different sound system. Never got the sonos hooked up.

Extremely poor service and an endless feedback loop as I try to get a very simple repair on my refrigerator. I was sold this plan and told it would supersede any failings of the manufacturer's warranty. Instead, Best Buy refuses to fix a problem with a new refrigerator, saying it's the manufacturer's responsibility, while the manufacturer says the part isn't covered. I have called Best Buy three times and been told three different things, none of which work. I have twice been sent to the Best Buy "parts department," which automatically transfers you back to the Geek Squad and in fact does not seem to exist. I have waited on hold for a supervisor for 40 minutes only to wind up back with a non-supervisor who has to start all over again. I have now been told to go in person to a Best Buy story and see if they can override the system and get me the part I need.

good protection plan for a good price…. For security

Monthly Best Buy Protection for 24 months. Not seeing the value.

Headphones are very good, however, they stay connected even when inside the case. The fitting isn't good for me either. I knownrhats not the case for everyone. Just my experience.

**Waste of Money - Best Buy Protection is Useless** I bought an item from Best Buy along with their "protection plan," thinking it would cover me in case anything went wrong. Unfortunately, the product broke within the first week, and I assumed the protection plan would make things easier. I couldn't have been more wrong. When I contacted Best Buy for help, I was met with a frustrating back-and-forth, with no real assistance. They claimed there was "nothing they could do" and directed me to the manufacturer, completely ignoring the fact that I had paid extra for their protection plan. It felt like they were more interested in selling the plan for their own bonuses rather than actually supporting the customer when things go wrong. If you're thinking of getting a protection plan from Best Buy, save your money. It’s a total waste, and they won’t stand by it when you actually need help.

Sad to have ever purchased anything from Best Buy, period.

After using this for 16 months the charging cord got real hot and almost started a fire!
