Nice to know im covered for just about all I have.

I was unaware I could get protection on a controller. I guess it's a good thing as these can break. If you are an aggressive gamer I would suggest it!

I don’t know how I feel about this protectiom plan anymore. The old one was easy. How it seems like you get different answers what’s covered from the store, the online customer service and representatives. You can never get a precise answer. WHAT YOU CAN GET IS EVERYONE SAYING I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATIONS AND WANT TO HELP. PLEASE HOLD ON WHY I GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU. AND THEY SAY THE SAME THING. I THINK BEST BUY SHOULD GO BACK TO THEIR OLD EASY PLAN. IN MY OPINION PROBABLY WASN'T BENEFICIAL TO THEM OR PROFITABLE. AGAIN JUST MY OPINION.

This membership it's helpful. One for the guarantee and two because it gives you a lot of discount in some products.

Usually doesn't cover much, it's always something that isn't covered or you have to buy something else. But did save me a couple of times as well.

Best membership plan I ever had, I recommend everyone.

Had a problem with the manufacturer of a toaster oven and Best Buy took care of it right away.

Good protection. Cost of it helped to offset other costs such as delivery costs of appliances

Didn't realize that when they broke down the types of protection plans what it meant. On my last big purchase, I was charged outrageously for set-up and installation compared to the price of my total products. I believe they need to have a bundle price if everything is getting done at the same location. The only benefit worth it for my family is the warranty/coverage where I still get 24 month coverage. In all honesty, I could have gone elsewhere to make my purchase, have it delivered and setup for half the cost. Seriously considering not renewing.

Sad that it doesn't protect lost or stolen items. I purchased a Google pixel 8 pro and it was stolen recently and I miss it very much but it's not protected under the Best Buy warranty.
