It was a great hand vacuum very powerful great suction power. It only lasted a few months.

I think it's over priced unless you get it already included with your product. And if you purchase something within the same time you have it there warranty stops when it stops.

Protection plans can be tricky these days with many providers only doing lip service for repairs and warranty issues. My advise is to by quality appliances and hope for the best

So far, so good! Seems like a good value. We bought it when we bought a large tv—it extended the warranty *and* got the tv delivered and installed. Since then, it has drawn me to purchase more tech at Best Buy, as them support and warranty extension get ‘thrown-in’. Definitely a good value now, and I expect I’ll be renewing.

This controller works well when you’re within very close proximity to a pc, but once I stepped back and sat on my couch with the pc plugged into the tv, the distance gave me input lag that made the controller unusable

I am NOT happy with on-line Geek support. Agent is always out if country and does not undestand my Outlook problem. I always need to schedule in store apt now.

Unfortunately the item never arrived so I cannot review the earphones. I can review the delivery service. I send and she buys items almost daily from Amazon. They deliver to the University drop of perfectly. Best Buy can't find it. BB says they will return my money and I believe them. I don't recommend best buy shipping.

Total Tech is a joke-for one it runs along with the manufacturers warranty so you really are maybe only getting one additional year of coverage. It's not worth it.

The monthly protection plan is good as long as you keep your membership renewed for the length of the protection.

It seems like you only get 12 months since the manufacturer covers the first 12 months which took more effort and time then I thought I would have to spend for something I pay extra for

Not thrilled with total tech it’s fine for free to your coverage on a new item, but I recently renewed my policy only to find out that the items I own are not covered so it was basically a waste of 200 bucks. I preferred to be able to buy the five-year Geek Squad coverage, especially for appliances.

If you think your product is repaired at the store you are probably wrong. They send things out to a service center. Took 6 trips to the store to finally get a screen replaced. You can't call the store directly. You get a call center that says they don't have phone numbers for the stores.

The air fryer is big enough to fry pizza, but it bakes only upper part not the down, i tried bread and cheese, still the same. The door us also not conveniently placed. It falls down so the food spills are hard to clean on it.

Didn’t have to use the warranty, but it was nice knowing I had it if needed

To be honest, I really don’t understand it and I think it’s a terrible plan and I feel like y’all been getting a lot of money off of me for the past few years

The vacuum worked when I had the ac adapter ended up losing it right away and tried using a universal one, but it did not work. Hopefully, a USB C one will be on the market one day.

Cool idea but less than a year and it no longer charges the mouse.

This warranty is not appropriate for something that must be replaced every 6 months. But it is part of free service by using the Best Buy card.

It isna good idea to have just in case anything happened to the iteams you buy at the store.

Good security purchase, I feel confident and hope that we don't have to use it, but if we do I hope it is as easy as it was told me.
