    Needs batteries a lot pf them. I recommend rechargeable.

    When I purchased the plan they told me any and all of my electronics would be covered even if I didnt purchase them from BEST BUY. Also talked about outside damage coverage etc. I have only tried to gain product coverage 1 time in 3 years on an Apple Macbook I purchased from Best buy and I was told it was excuded from coverage. Imagine that!! So what I am paying for I am not sure?

    I ordered a ps5 for kids along with an extra controller. I still haven’t received it nor have they reached out by phone call about my options. I can’t even choose another delivery option online.

    BB Protection plan is horrible

    I had the BB protection plan for 3 years now. In the past you received delivery and set-up. A few people took advantage of the set-up part with multiple addresses and BB change the program. Now, you only get delivery and they want $200 for set-up!! Horrible!! Instead of dealing with the minority of abusers, they screwed up a good program. The simple fix is two addresses per plan!! Once again , corporate greed ruined a good program . BB needs to think outside the box for a simple fix ( like the one suggested) vs thinking like a box!

    When i got this inclueded with the Best Buy membership i didn't realize it wouldn't continue if i cancel the membership. Haven't had to use it though.

    BestBuy’s Tech Plan Definitely Delivers!

    Just upgraded four phones and didn’t have to pay the additional $800 for AppleCare! You can’t beat that deal no matter how hard you tried. I can’t bring myself to go back to the Apple Store, although it is my Fave, because I’d be out that $800!

    They not only wiped out my computer they cleared the external hard drive I provided. The Rep that checked me out refused to open the laptop but was adamant that they backed everything up on the External hard Drive and then moved it all back on the computer. When I opened my laptop up at home, Laptop was empty. I plugged in my external hard drive, opened the Geek Squad folder, saw a folder with my name, opened it, 2 pdf files belonging to my brother (when I assisted him in his business) was all that was in there. I called and they refused to let me speak to a manager. I called Corporate and they told me to email their Customer Service. They emailed me back to call Corporate. I am a self-taught designer and course creator. Now THIS is IMPORTANT, They asked me for my original External Hard Drive. I was already nervous being without my laptop for 7 days. They did not update me. And they were not even supposed to wipe the computer withOUT calling me first to let me know what the problem was. While it could have been far worse, it is bad enough, and I can never know what happened to my data, why they were such cowards in not telling me what happened. Worse recourse for Being held responsible is nearly non-existent. 4 agencies later NOT OUR DEPT. Have you tried dot dot dot. So upset I have not been able to return in person. Just thinking about it makes me physically sick.

    Was great until I needed a repair. After a month I’m still waiting for my TV to be repaired. I was not expecting this.

    I got this because my wife messed up the previous one I had (black stainless steel) & that one worked perfectly. This started to work out good but after a while it didn’t toast evenly. Then the left side began not to even work at all, like there was a power surge or something. Toasters used to last longer than a year & this one didn’t even last 6months.

    Not sure if I would purchase again . Wasn’t really able to use the benefits during pandemic due to limited staff, long turn around time for appointments (months out)to use protection . Then when initially purchased they didn’t even set up tech on computer correctly . So I really did not benefit from it accept for special shipping overs . So would not recommend purchases at this time . Should wait to till pandemic settles and staffing issues resolved so u can benefit from it

    Doesn’t work for iPhone 14 Pro works on older iPhones. There is a free adapter but the website. Has been taking a long time to receive my order.

    Paid off purchasing this within a couple hours of purchasing this. As the gopro that was purchased under this plan fell off my motorcycle at over 160mph was able to locate it, took it back and was given a brand new gopro 360 same day.

    I’m confident that Sony has the intention of making these to break easily so you can keep buying new controllers. It often disconnects itself or randomly shuts off and won’t turn back on until it’s reset.

    This controller feels much more solid, sturdy and precise than other controllers we bought, also the USB C charging port is a nice change over replacing batteries, even if you use recharge-able batteries, the charging port is simple

    This was the marquee gift from Santa this Christmas. Although it charged it would never turn on. We called the manufacturer and they told us to take it to Best Buy. We have a protection program, but the geek squad had no interest in trying to repair it or figure out if there was a simple fix. We were able to return it, but there is no similar scooter within the same price range. We were really disappointed. And honestly, a little frustrated with the Best Buy staff, having no interest in trying to repair it.

    Great product to have should you experience equipment failure. Recently had a hard drive issue. Took laptop in and within 24 hours new Drive installed and laptop checked out to insure everything else was operating as expected.

    Haven't used the protection yet and hope I don't have to but its there if I need it. This came as part of a package I bought to repair a computer under a warranty.
