Havent had to use the service, so hard to say how good it actually is.

No notification was sent that they stopped offering installation with this program. One of the main reasons for purchasing. I will not be renewing!

I bought this Insignia 13 Gal. Automatic Trash Can with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been a letdown. After only a short period of use, the automatic lid feature stopped working entirely. I now have to manually open and close the lid, which defeats the purpose of buying an automatic trash can in the first place. The sensor seems to be completely unresponsive, and replacing the batteries did not help at all. For the price, I expected better quality and durability. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for a reliable automatic trash can. It's a waste of money.

This is the best investment, especially in this day and age where electronics are not made to last. The ability to obtain repair services as needed is unmatched, I am glad I got this coverage.

I can't remember how long ago it was the last time I thought "Nah, I don't need the protection plan." But I do know that I regretted that decision. When you need it, you'll be glad you have it.

This is one of the reasons i keep on renewing my total tech as the 2 year warranty on most items is a very good deal and saves me money on warranty for every item that i purchase on best buy.

Getting this protection plan was smart and convenient.

This program was better before BB added a deductible.

Warrsnty from Total Tech membership. Not sure what else to say. Total Tech costs $200 a year. Benefits are Total Tech exclusive sales and free warranties on all items you buy at Best Buy.

The reason for one star is the limitations of warranty tonojly 2 years but the warranty to fix an item is 5 star

If you want to stay protected, you need this software. Best Buy will give it to you for free.

Best buy protection is worth it! It's one of those thing that its better to have it and not need it than to have something break and have to pay out of pocket to fix or replace it.
