Autocad user here and the mouse does not give nearly enough support, extended use causes cramps and wrist pain. Profile of mouse is too flat. Return period ended so I am stuck with this while I need to go purchase another one. Very short return period even though I am a Total Tech member.

If laptops and PCs and Macs are over your understanding, then these folks know their stuff, so the Plan is worth the 2 years cost. Unfortunately a repair which has a small cost is ballooned up in price for the 2 year Plan cost added on.
