It's is great security to have the membership. It comes with lots of good benefits. I'm using it anytime I purchase something is got warranty for at least 2 years.

Great that I get two year warranty but now I have to pay $199 per year when it used to cost $99 for geek squad.

I had a controller that developed stick drift within 6 months with the bestbuy protection they offered me a giftcard for what i paid for the device. I was a smart consumer and got said controller on sale and half price during the holidays. The protection plan failed to cover the product it wanted me to spend more.

Gets pricey after your free subscription ends. I dont receive good signal

I've had this membership twice. It's good for putting in new parts and if you need something done. However our geek squad doesn't seem to know what their doing since all three of our PCs are still having issues.

This is a product that gives peace of mind. I have purchased appliances and many other appliances and tv's. This is a nice bonus of being a best buy member

I have BB protection on all my devices. Electronics are eventually going to have problems. This is the most inexpensive way to protect your equipment.

This protection plan is fantastic. I only buy my electronics from Best Buy now since everything I buy is covered and doesn’t require an additional fee.

Already using our Best Buy protection plan. We have been on the phone with the Best Buy tech support for hours and even been bumped up. All included.

This is a review for the protection plan I have not had to use thankfully It is reassuring that I have this in case anything happens to my device.

I had an appointment set up to have my TV installed and took off from work and no one showed up or let us know they are not coming. Bad customer service as well

This best buy membership is not worth it unless you have virus or anything else like that,there costumer service is all right if you get help from the right person the 60 day return is nice and the 2 year warranty but not $180 dollars nice.

Get protection on the expensive items for it's a must. Also for tvs they can hang it for you

Always helpful. Sometimes need to be passed onto a more knowledgeable/specialized tech person. But we nonetheless get the problem/isdue resolved.

These earbuds work well with Samsung phone. I also use them with my work cell that is an Iphone and my Dell work computer. The sound is amazing.
