The removed almost all the features that made this a great service. To get my washer looked at I have to pay $100 for them to just come out even though it's still under "best buy warranty "

Best buy total tech review

I wanted to like it, but…

Also the response to tapping to adjust volume was also inconsistent.

Not sure why it gotten stuck. The tech act like he really wanted to help. Also, its alittle challenging to play the games

Nice while it lasts

I received this while I had total tech, once the total tech membership expired so did this protection plan. Keep that in mind if you have a device at risk for failure.

Membership Doesn't Help

I needed the battery replaced in my MacBook Pro, brought it into the store and was informed the "Geek" squad can't work on it because they aren't allowed to open the laptop. This effectively negates the usefulness of the plan for us.

Questioning the worth
