I recently signed up for the Monthly Geek Squad Protection plan and wanted to share my thoughts on it. First off, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the cost of the plan itself is free - you just have to pay a service fee each time you use it. I opted for the 24-month plan to give myself some extra peace of mind. So far, I've had to use the protection plan twice and both times I was really impressed with how helpful and fair the Geek Squad team was. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issues with my devices, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Monthly Geek Squad Protection plan to anyone who wants to protect their electronics and have the support of a trusted team of experts. It's definitely worth the small service fee for the added security and peace of mind.

You have peace of mind on purchased products for 2 years. support is good. they helped me at 10:30 at night to get sound working on a new PC that I bought. This is a great value. I contacted the PC company asking them a question, its now 6weeks later and they still did not answer me after many emails to them

Protection plan is always great. If you have any issues use it.

Excellent protection plan knowing that everything is covered

Very fun game and felt like it had a lot more content than Pikman 3. The only thing I would change is that they changed the way a second player interacts. In Pikman 3 the second player had the same control of a character like the first player. In Pikman 4 the second player only gets to throw pebbles. This could be nice if a younger child wants to play that can’t fully control a character yet, but I do miss the multiplayer option Pikman 3 had. That being said, Pikman 4 is still a great game.

The best of the best. Don’t go unprotected. Stay protected always with the best plan.

Worth the value of membership nearly in and of itself

This is a very useful thing to have as a Total member. It has replaced numerous devices over the years and I am very happy with my experiences so far with Best Buy honoring the protection plans. Please be aware that not all the protection plans cover accidental damage, so be sure to read the terms before going into BB with a claim.

Nice easy and convenient. Not much else to say. If you do not get this and on all your purchases from here then you will be loosing out
