    Not finding it to useful as of yet. Had three appointments and none have been useful as a matter of fact my tech support didn't know how to fix my Google pix 8pro

    Not worth the cost, only free shipping comes close

    There is an area where it will tell me my savings since I became a member. In 3 years, I have saved less in average than the yearly cost of the program, so it is not saving me money at all. Only the free shipping comes close. But the other savings such as exclusive sales and other benefits won't come to the $180 per year average. Oh, and despite the immense cost, your items are covered for only 2 years. Most items will last for 2 years, so you'll need to pay extra to keep them covered, as if the $180 wasn't already high enough.

    When I purchased my appliances they told me my cover was for 2 years after the two years I have the choice to canceled.I have been 1 year and they charged me on other 199.00. Now they said that is every year that I have to pay that amount . No one told me that when I got the protection. Usually all product have 1 year of factory warranty I throw 200 dollars to the garbage now on other 200 for me to have on other year of protection .So in the end my coverage for two years is 400 not worth it .I hope that employees explain to customers the true of how this plan work.

    You never know when you gonna need protection the good thing about it covers all your devices at the same price dirextly w bestbuy

    Best Buy has great additional services they include with an already excellent product. You can’t beat the in store experience.

    Total tech is a total joke. They do not care about the customer at all. They caused us more stress then the three kids and three dogs we have. They wasted FIVE DAYS of our time for a fridge, they then made us go without a fridge for SIX DAYS because they messed up.....

    Service has degraded over time. I have to wait hours for someone who barely speaks English in India, and they are always rude. I even get hung up on. Nowhere to complain, so after several years I canceled my subscription

    Grandkids love these games when Uncle come with his Nintendo Switch and hooks it up to the big TV for playing. So much fun!

    Good service will take care of any problem. It makes it worth having total tech because you don’t have to buy the warranty

    Won't Honor My Warranty

    Best Buy doesn't honor their warranties. They want me to pay $180/year to get 20% off the cost of repairs after having a 24 month warranty already and I'm only in month 17! NEVER AGAIN! Amazon and Cost will get my business from now on. I've been a loyal Best Buy shopper for all my appliances and electronics for 20 + years but not anymore. I wanted to be with as much courtesy as I've given.

    It keeps items protected. It keeps them safe. Protection is very good idea and should always be bought along side said item.

    As always, it is good to have the BestBuy tech support program. The two years program is essential for any tech product.

    Worst customer support ever! Had to drive to BestBuy 3 times! And now 240 Miles later, I'm out almost $40 for gas and no controller I would recommend this item if you could get it anywhere else but BestBuy I miss the old days where you could call your local BestBuy and talk to someone who worked at the store. Those days are gone and so is good customer service.
