    Horrible and a rip off for the price! Your better off just paying for the extra warranty! Seriously if you need to trade anything in or have it looked it you have to pay a service fee that ranges from 9 dollars and up! Seriously is crap, when you buy just the extended warranty no matter what the product or problem you just bring it back in and have it replaced with no fee. Only way this would be good is if you buy multiple items very expensive items at one time but your items are only covered for 24 month's.
