I ordered a ps5 for kids along with an extra controller. I still haven’t received it nor have they reached out by phone call about my options. I can’t even choose another delivery option online.

I’m not really sure because when I first bought the computer it was free repairs and set up but now they charge

They put this in my bill I didn’t want it and didn’t know I got it.

I had the BB protection plan for 3 years now. In the past you received delivery and set-up. A few people took advantage of the set-up part with multiple addresses and BB change the program. Now, you only get delivery and they want $200 for set-up!! Horrible!! Instead of dealing with the minority of abusers, they screwed up a good program. The simple fix is two addresses per plan!! Once again , corporate greed ruined a good program . BB needs to think outside the box for a simple fix ( like the one suggested) vs thinking like a box!

This might be worth having depending on the person and if they mess up stuff alot

I like the idea of the total support. The one item I've taken back so far they took and sent in but didn't fix the issue.

Just go to a real store and stop wasting money on this establishment. Their AI phone answering service is horrible and just hangs up on you!

This helps with a lot. it protects the product you buy in case it brake or it has s issue.

Have extra support is great. And makes returns easy.

The value doesn't justify, in my opinion. Could be a lot of things for that price.

I’m confident that Sony has the intention of making these to break easily so you can keep buying new controllers. It often disconnects itself or randomly shuts off and won’t turn back on until it’s reset.

Good plan if you are worried about your product. Would still prefer actual company service.

Membership should be free. Perks need to be better to justify cost

Best Buy protection plan duplicated the manufacturers and maybe they will replace an item that the manufacturer wont.

When I purchased the plan they told me any and all of my electronics would be covered even if I didnt purchase them from BEST BUY. Also talked about outside damage coverage etc. I have only tried to gain product coverage 1 time in 3 years on an Apple Macbook I purchased from Best buy and I was told it was excuded from coverage. Imagine that!! So what I am paying for I am not sure?

Controls work perfectly for the first few months, then they start to drift. Sony needs to fix that.

What a great bonus feature when buying big items from Best Buy. Being a total tech member is well worth it just for this item alone, not to mention all the other features that members get, highly recommend.

Our first tablet so we splurged for the protection plan to have the ease of mind

Its my favorite store in the Bay Area thanks to al workers I best buy.
