Great that I get two year warranty but now I have to pay $199 per year when it used to cost $99 for geek squad.

It’s work for cuplé time good know smell burning and keeps stopping

Music/ sound was great. Ear piece didnt feel secure. Range was short

I would recommend anyone to get the protection plan because it helps with with any items that you have received from best buy and i love having the protection plan

It's is great security to have the membership. It comes with lots of good benefits. I'm using it anytime I purchase something is got warranty for at least 2 years.

The customer service for Best Buy has turned into a complete nightmare. Call them but be ready to spend hours explaining yourself and and any issues just for the call center employees to read from a telepromt

Gets pricey after your free subscription ends. I dont receive good signal

It's really poor coverage for the cost. I am 1.5 years into a warranty and they are telling me that it's not covered. Don't buy this protection plan

This is a standard protection plan provided by Best Buy. I hope I do not need to use it.

I have BB protection on all my devices. Electronics are eventually going to have problems. This is the most inexpensive way to protect your equipment.

This protection plan is fantastic. I only buy my electronics from Best Buy now since everything I buy is covered and doesn’t require an additional fee.

Already using our Best Buy protection plan. We have been on the phone with the Best Buy tech support for hours and even been bumped up. All included.

Get protection on the expensive items for it's a must. Also for tvs they can hang it for you

I've had this membership twice. It's good for putting in new parts and if you need something done. However our geek squad doesn't seem to know what their doing since all three of our PCs are still having issues.
