This is a review for the protection plan I have not had to use thankfully It is reassuring that I have this in case anything happens to my device.

Always helpful. Sometimes need to be passed onto a more knowledgeable/specialized tech person. But we nonetheless get the problem/isdue resolved.

The dirt cannister part will not open after numerous pushing of the yellow button to open the container part. The vacuum is defective if you cannot open the dirt cannister part.

These earbuds work well with Samsung phone. I also use them with my work cell that is an Iphone and my Dell work computer. The sound is amazing.

With all three of my computers I can't afford to have a problem, as I do considerable amount of work from home and need a sense of security daily

This best buy membership is not worth it unless you have virus or anything else like that,there costumer service is all right if you get help from the right person the 60 day return is nice and the 2 year warranty but not $180 dollars nice.

Great membership thay offers a protection plan or every item I buy from best buy. Long gone as the days for paying just for protection plans.
