I bought it last March, to replace an air fryer due to a recall. The product worked very well, until the container broke (I found a hole at the bottom of the pan). I called Bella to get a replacement (supposedly it has 2-year warranty), and my surprise was it only cover "parts" for 90 days. I won't recommend to buy this product or any Bella products.

The reason for one star is the limitations of warranty tonojly 2 years but the warranty to fix an item is 5 star

Best Buy doesn't honor their warranties. They want me to pay $180/year to get 20% off the cost of repairs after having a 24 month warranty already and I'm only in month 17! NEVER AGAIN! Amazon and Cost will get my business from now on. I've been a loyal Best Buy shopper for all my appliances and electronics for 20 + years but not anymore. I wanted to be with as much courtesy as I've given.

Didn’t think I needed with a new computer but ended up within a couple months when the mother board crashed

I think best buy is so over rated especially there total membership they dont repair nothing n expect u to pay for ur items again if they break instead of repairing them dont get there membership they're just gonna take ur money .

I love how best buy makes it easier to add insurance to all of my items annually instead of each purchase.

Always a must have with any of our electronics. Great value and always great customer service at Best Buy!

I don’t know what this review is specifically for, but hey, whatever it is, I’m pretty sure it’s great!

It is a hassle because you have the protection and than their technicians want to charge you again.

Worst customer support ever! Had to drive to BestBuy 3 times! And now 240 Miles later, I'm out almost $40 for gas and no controller I would recommend this item if you could get it anywhere else but BestBuy I miss the old days where you could call your local BestBuy and talk to someone who worked at the store. Those days are gone and so is good customer service.
