Was ok. Could be better, but it was free so can’t complain

Send everything thing off to repair and charge $50.

Not worth the money, im my case you have to prove the the product is defective or best buy will just say its something technical on my end.

This plan is trash i can never get the geek squad to come when needed and when they did come, they did not have scheduled what was the original thing they were scheduled to do. After waiting for over a month for the computer to get set up they called to say that they could not do what was needed since they didn't schedule the correct service. I would not recommend this service for anyone.

It’s doesn’t have the funny and fun factor like the original SR games. Hopefully they turn it around

they "set my computer up" this kids have no idea!!

Used it 1 time and was super excited to try making more banana chips. Now the screen gives an Err and now the screen completely stopped working and the machine doesn't even turn back on. Couldn't even use it a second time. Don't waste your hard earned money on this piece of junk. Read other reviews, and it looks like this is a common occurrence.

Although it looks really nice with the different lights and options I was disappointed with this product. Maybe mine was just defective??? I would place my Air Pods case on the charging area overnight and they still would not be fully charged by morning. (This only takes about an hour when they are charged with a cord - which is how long it is supposed to be according to Apple.)

I only recommend this service if you plan to use it for potential replacement of a defective product. It does NOT cover the cost of parts if something needs to be fixed.

dog hair builds up and does not make it to the container

It seemed great at first. But after Weafter barely 6 months in a 2nd home not even used too much , it started acting up... The capsules all started malfunctioning and leaking causing grounds in every coffee cup!. I know it is not the pods because Ive used them for years daily in our much older Nespresso machine with no issues . The comnpany gives a 2 year warranty thankfully

No longer happy with this service - you have to pay for the service and then you have to pay if you need to use it. That's not a good service.

Service at Best Buy store was poor to explain this product protection. Contacted for representatives at store.

I went into BB app and saw a refrigerator for a nice price. I immediately put it in my cart with the advertised price IN MY CART. When i pushed check out, the prixe jumped up $250. When i contacted BB, they would jot stand behind the price. Even as TotalTech Member for several years didn’t matter. Disappointed

Paid for a $200 for a 2 year warranty, after the first year it got shadow cancelled for not paying for the best buy membership. Was no warning beforehand that this would happen. Entire purchase went down the drain.

I think it’s overpriced. Should have been around 100 dollar range.
