She gave me written instructions to reset password or factory reset -- neither worked. Very frustrating.

Terrible Service

They do not care about the customer at all. They caused us more stress then the three kids and three dogs we have. They wasted FIVE DAYS of our time for a fridge, they then made us go without a fridge for SIX DAYS because they messed up.....

Bad service

Good if mic didn't go bad
