    Not a well build product. Doesn’t hold a charge long and stopped working with minimal use.

    This item is trash (no pun intended). Insignia, the maker of this item would not support the warranty on this item. As a consequence, I will not buy an Insignia product again. 1. Top wouldn't close. 2. Top stop closing. 3. First six months. 4. No support from Insignia.

    This thing automatically renews. Cannot get out of automatic renew - you will have to cancel

    I was already a member of "My Best Buy Plus" and paid $50 to join it. I decided to join My Best Buy Total and paid $180 i addition but the rep on the phone refused to prorate a refund on the"My Best Buy Plus" membership

    Now there's a fee to replace broken or defective items I pay a fee already this is trash going to bring my business elsewhere.

    Terrible service by TotalTech… horrible. Woukd not recommend. They make appointments for 3rd party installers to come install products purchased and no one shows up. Horrible horrible service. I want my money back. On phone with a rep for 55 minutes last week. Scheduled an appointment and no one showed up.

    Took me better part of 2 days to undo the damage that a Geek Squad stalwart "helped" me with "fixes" to issues that he took upon himself to create, and did a pee poor job of everything he touched. Guess some there have not heard the doctors' credo: first, do no harm!!

    Very disappointed, I was so excited to receive the ice maker, purchased in December and finally hooked it up and it doesn’t even work properly. Sadly I had to turn it off and on to make ice and then it was not hardly making ice I will return and try one more time I hope next time will be better

    It worked well the handful of times that we used the speaker. However, it has stopped working and Bose says it will cost $55 to repair it. It a little over a year old.

    Not worth the money I bought a pixel that was supposed to be unlocked from best buy but it was locked to T-Mobile and I wanted to use it on Verizon and geek squad comes with this membership 24/7 but customer service refused to transfer me to them and said I had to go into a store

    Geek squad said I should call manufacturer for warranty work. After 1 year of issues and repairs I was told if Geek squad came out 3 times it would be a lemon and returned. But since I used Samsung repair it didn’t count towards their lemon policy.
