Totaltech failure! Refused protection as a total tech member. Told me to go back to the store, return product and buy it back again to get protection. No reason given

The cord doesnt work anymore. Every time I plug in the cord I get a warning power surge issue on my computer. Expensive product using cheap parts. Razor just keeps going down hill.

These are the worst earbuds I’ve ever tried, I took them back after two days after purchasing. I purchased the “beats’ and I love the sound and fit.

Makes ice really quick, but it has areas that are very hard to clean, and it builds up residue really fast, I wouldn’t recommend this machine.

Do not purchase it’s not worth the hoops you will jump through for everything. Promise a lot and deliver nothing agent hung up on me after 45 min on phone

The service is great, but the cost is outrageous. Especially since I have had this service for Many years, they raised the cost from $70 for the year to over $214.

This is a racket. Only buy if your remodeling and making multiple purchases in the year. You have to renew to continue coverage.

Lasted less than 3 months. Now it won’t close all the way and it’s barely used! Now it’s non returnable. Hopefully my total tech warranty will kick in

Not sure why I bought this since I also purchased another year of the My Best Buy Total Yearly Subscription on March 30, 2023.

Pd for warranty for $5K gaming computer that when received didnt work. Best Buy will not refund $$$ even though we never used it.

Was sold the program with the idea that I would receive fast service but your company is so understaffed that it is a waste of money

worst customer service ever!! don't waste your money!1 they always transfer, do the bare minimum and drag you and waste your time.
