Tried canceling sheet being given misinformation and can't get anywhere with customer service. I've wasted hours of my life trying to speak to someone who cares. Instead I get some guy who lives in the Philippines, answering the phone, telling me that he’s the boss of Best Buy . He has no boss for me to be transferred to and tells me there’s nothing he can do to help me and hangs up on me. I swear it was the same guy. I was talking to the last 45 minutes.
