I've had the Best Buy Protection for almost three years, and I believe it's a worthwhile investment, especially if you frequently purchase products from Best Buy. It has been nothing but convenient. I was able to bring in a laptop and a few game controllers for repairs, and they were fixed without any hesitation or issues. Knowing that any purchase I make is automatically covered by the two-year warranty provides great assurance. The membership is definitely worth the investment, especially when purchasing high-priced items. Additionally, being a Best Buy Protection member also offers discounts.

Geek Squad is great, they helped repair our gaming PC. It helps when you are a TOTAL rewards member, the repairs are deeply discounted or in some cases like mine free.

Already paid for itself by the accidental damage benefits. My dog ate my $250 pair of earbuds 3 days after I bought them . Without this, I would have been out $250! Will for sure always carry this for as long as it’s offered. My only complaint is the Best Buy dollars that used to be offered as a total tech number is not offered any longer. According to my local store, you have to use the Best Buy store credit card to get those rewards. As somebody who spend a lot of money and Best Buy pretty regularly, the benefits were really nice to have. But even without that feature, still worth everything.
