    Best Buy store let someone walk in, and make a purchase using my phone # or something and they were able to use the $100 towards their purchase and then I got the receipt email and BB will only say sorry they're not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, well it's not my fault that you don't ID people that give someone elses info. You need to do right and do better!!!

    bought this hamilton flex slow cooker. took it out of the box and it was so cheaply constructed that my fingers were able to protrude into the outside covering which was silver colored. it looks nice but because of its construction i took it back. i cant see it lasting very long.

    They charge a 80 dollar service fee then if they discard it then im out the service fee plus what the deductible on the replacement is ridiculous

    Love the protection but it needs to be extended longer than 2 years on top of the fact that you have to pay for it every year.

    I had purchased it but didn’t agre to renewal, they found another credit card to renew. Will cancel. No more free delivery, no free hall way. They can’t repair my refrigerator and attempted to charge me for the visit

    Best Buy totaltech is a JOKE. And now they changed it AGAIN this year and surprisingly made it an even worse value. I canceled my subscription and will never go back. I have bought 99.9% of my electronics from BB for close to 20 years. Spending a thousands ever year. Since they started all this subscription junk, I buy maybe 5% through Best Buy. Stay away!! It’s not worth the cost.
