This is a nice. It does take a little while to brew but it works good. Only wish for the milk frother it warmed up the milk which is the only con.

I always get the replacement coverage! I had a product for a year and a half and it started glitching, took it back to Best Buy and got a new one!

Best Buy changed the policy to only benefit them!!!

I this service is a scam and only good for the length of time the subscription is active. Shop elsewhere and if you want an extended warranty try to get it from the manufacturer. Also, their customer service is terrible so good luck there

They lie about the service protection plan back dating 30 days and it was worry free

Washer and dryer were switch in how they were set up. The hoses and cords cross behind them.

If you call, you will get routed to the Philippines, after being on hold (12 minutes), then that person will route to a person in the country of Columbia. After being on the same for 30 minutes, this person will route you back to the same phone number you originally called. You can never talk to a real person. I regret buying products at Best buy, the useless protection program. I will never buy from Best Buy again.

I’m very disappointed with the protection how they recently changed it. It used to be Best Buy total and now they changed it to my Best Buy total it’s different now and it doesn’t provide the same coverage that it used. To be honest. I’m very frustrated with this and do not feel that the service is worth it

Item didn’t last two years, the connector on the headphones itself no longer allow for audio transfer

Cant find help for any of the products i purchased protection for. And im a BEST BUY TOTAL member. I keep geeting spammed in the chat agent tab with best buy cc offers

none...customer...service...none...repair...help... losses of promotion certificates...too many dysfunctional...

Product is useless. The app doesn’t work. No one will be able to use this product without the app.

I think the extra insurance policy is expensive and your slow.

I usually buy the warranty and never think about it. I bought this year service from geek squad and forgot to renew. As a result my TV is doesn’t have any coverage. I think Best Buy should consider auto renew subscription because this way there is no lapse of service. My expensive TV has no coverage thanks to Best Buy.

Overall it just doesnt last. The blades are sharp and cut well. The battery life was not very good to begin with, maybe 10 minutes. After 2 years it no longer runs for 30 seconds.

Pretty decent piece of equipment was not what I was expecting because it is not fully Bluetooth will not recommend
