I think it’s overpriced. Should have been around 100 dollar range.

I only recommend this service if you plan to use it for potential replacement of a defective product. It does NOT cover the cost of parts if something needs to be fixed.

Not a well build product. Doesn’t hold a charge long and stopped working with minimal use.

Paid for a $200 for a 2 year warranty, after the first year it got shadow cancelled for not paying for the best buy membership. Was no warning beforehand that this would happen. Entire purchase went down the drain.

This item is trash (no pun intended). Insignia, the maker of this item would not support the warranty on this item. As a consequence, I will not buy an Insignia product again. 1. Top wouldn't close. 2. Top stop closing. 3. First six months. 4. No support from Insignia.

No longer happy with this service - you have to pay for the service and then you have to pay if you need to use it. That's not a good service.

Terrible service by TotalTech… horrible. Woukd not recommend. They make appointments for 3rd party installers to come install products purchased and no one shows up. Horrible horrible service. I want my money back. On phone with a rep for 55 minutes last week. Scheduled an appointment and no one showed up.

Took me better part of 2 days to undo the damage that a Geek Squad stalwart "helped" me with "fixes" to issues that he took upon himself to create, and did a pee poor job of everything he touched. Guess some there have not heard the doctors' credo: first, do no harm!!

Send everything thing off to repair and charge $50.

Very disappointed, I was so excited to receive the ice maker, purchased in December and finally hooked it up and it doesn’t even work properly. Sadly I had to turn it off and on to make ice and then it was not hardly making ice I will return and try one more time I hope next time will be better

I was already a member of "My Best Buy Plus" and paid $50 to join it. I decided to join My Best Buy Total and paid $180 i addition but the rep on the phone refused to prorate a refund on the"My Best Buy Plus" membership

I haven't used this yet but if it is as advertised, I should be good to go

Service at Best Buy store was poor to explain this product protection. Contacted for representatives at store.
